Exhaust help !!!!

Ok so i just got my exhaust i got a borla atak muffler only , i have a 2016 silverado i deleted the 3rd cat and added 3 inch pipe , but i didnt notice the exhaust was a 2.5 inlet outlet until i read the manual when i got home after i left the muffler shop, is that a problem for it will it sound weird or what should i do its really loud but i feel like it has a lag to it and only like air comes out when i step on it thank you guys !!!!

Did you leave the valve and resonator in place? Those two could be muffling the sound a bit, it did on mine anyways when I swapped just the muffler. I went with the Flowmaster super 10, had them just swap mufflers and it still sounded pretty much stock unless you really opened up on the gas. So I had them tack the valve open and remove the resonator, now it sounds great!!
