Interior Trim Removal

HELP!

 

I recently purchased a new stereo for my '99 Silverado. The installers at the shop informed me that they would not install new rear speakers because the trim has a tendency to self-destruct on removal. What that tells ME is that they don't know HOW to remove the rear trim panels. And since I don't know how, either, I hope that someone here might be able to assist...

Is this a crew cab/extended cab/reg cab? If it is extended cab the door panel comes off very easy. There is one screw in the cup holder and then you take the plastic cover off around the inside door handle. Then grip it and rip it! Start at one of the top corners and just pull the panel off.
