Will 285/65R20 fit with 3" lift?

2015 silverado 1500.

 

3" lift/level full kit

 

Stock 20" rims.

 

Will 285/65R20 fit? Or will I have to go with 275/65R20?

Think you will be fine. 285 is only .5" taller and .4" wider than a 275 tire. YMMV depending on tread design and whether you pound it off road.

I'm running 285/60R20 on stock wheels with 2" level and have only a slight rub on the sway bar. I just added a 1.5 body lift but that didn't change the rub and I didn't have any other clearance issues before.
