Time to get busy

Spud harvest offically starts tommorrow .

 

I took our first test load over to the plant today and got them inspected and the manager said they were in great shape so we are gonna get going full force in the morning at 4 am .

 

So no more posting in the morning for me but the great part about this is i will be off a about 3-4 in the afternoon bad part is I will have to be hitting the sack about 9pm

 

Anyone want any ?

And as an Idahoan, I'm always the brunt of the spud jokes! I've never even seen a spud farm in Idaho, and I've lived here my entire life!

We actually grow more spuds here in Washington than you guys do in idaho .

 

So its a more common sight here to see a spud field

Just ended today .

 

 

I hauled my last load out at 7 this morning and there was only about half a truck load left in the ground (next truck got those)

It has not been as stressful as last year i think becaus ei have been spending some time in the office lately

 

Ahh next week 2 of our trucks are getting switched over to prepare to get the rest of the concords off
