Passenger B pillar

I've isolated a rattle to behind the trim of my passenger side B pillar, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get that from off. Obviously bolts out of the handle, but is it just clips from there? Just don't wanna start tugging on things and end up breaking something.

I also have this annoying noise. There was a thread about this but, unfortunately I can't find it. If anyone knows the title of the thread please post it up.
