Wanted to say hey to the Chevy owners of the world, To my surprise I am a first time owner of a 2017 Silverado LT Z71 Midnight Edition 5.3L. I've been a Ford guy for the last 12 years so be gentle...lol.. but little bit about me, I'm from Cleveland Ohio so anyone who's around these parts knows a truck is a MUST!! As for the truck itself I picked it up August 1st w/ 3 miles on it so mines the only other ass that's been behind the wheel, to date some mods have been done from my TO-DO list like, black out emblems and carbon fiber bow tie, LED taillights and 3rd brake light, for now 2" front Moto Fab front level kit but with an additional 1" to go I'm the front and 2" in the rear(or until I can decide if I want to go higher), windows tinted to match because come on what is black truck without dark windows ;) There's a whole list of mods to come in the next few months so I will definitely keep ya'll posted!!.....

Thanksfor listenin

Welcome, sounds like we have alot in common. I have  been a Ford guy my whole life until last February when I bought my Midnight Edition

I tell it was quite the transition, and I'm still trying to get used to the new technology in this truck like that dreaded AFM, The electronic shifting/downshifting, the front windshield, and how damn low the truck seems to sit even with a level on it

I am new to the truck world all together with my 2017 GMC Sierra All Terrain. Mine is blacked out as well, nice choice. I was wondering. Have you, or do you plan to, add wheel spacers? I want to mod my truck, but I haven't found any good resources to see how different my truck could look between 1", 1.5", 2" spacers. I'm thinking 1.5" though. Thoughts?

I had wheel spacers on my 06 F150 FX4 and I found them to do more damage on the wheel bearings due to the greater offset along with the offset of the wheel... So I plan on finding a offset I like that's not to TO EXTREME but manageable without a severe nor-cal/front bumper mod
