6.0 misfire

2003 Suburban with 6.0 and its developed a random misfire on bank 1. Cylinders 1,3,5,7. Had a knock sensor code for knock sensor 2. I erased the code just to test a theory and the misfire went away. As soon as the code was thrown again, misfire returned. Seems odd because knock sensor 2 is bank 2 but it cleared bank 1 misfire. Thoughts?
