Just replaced wiper motor and wipers won't shut off now

I just replaced the wiper motor on my 2004 2500 HD. Now the wipers won't shut off unless I turn the key off.and only low and high work. Delay doesn't work either.

Sounds like your new wiper motor is defective.I would return it for a new one.
