possible new truck?

so lately i've been thinking about selling my 2013 yukon. The steering has a popping noise from the left and right front end when going over bumps. It seems like something's always rattling, i fix one and a few more pop up. And a few days ago i hit a pot hole and my dash formed a crack. Randomly today i started looking online for trucks and came across the one in the link below. it seems almost too good to be true price wise. Do the wise people of the forum have any idea as to why it would be priced this well, and if not, is there anything i should be aware of? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! Thank yoU!
