I've seen something like that before on the way to Rapid City, SD about 10 years ago. It was a late 80's Mazda or Nissan compact truck....completely covered in corks from wine bottles. Hence the name... "The Cork Truck." I don't think there was a spot on the truck, inside nor out, that didn't have an open spot (except for the glass and the rearview mirrors.
