Smoked Tail lights

Question

Hey Everyone, I have a 2017 Z71 Colorado Midnight edition. I bought smoked tail lights off of ebay. The top section of LED lights on the passenger light  isn't working and the seller only offered a 60 day warranty. I wanted to see if anyone could refer me to a reputable company that sells smoked tail lights. Thank you

Just paint the OEM lights flat black.

Over here on this side of the pond we have a paint called VHT Nite Shades that they sell at pretty much any major automotive retailer. It's basically a translucent paint that works very well. Depending on how dark you want them you may have to change up the bulbs with a slightly higher wattage one.

Seen many guys use it on their cars when I belonged to a Pontiac Grand Prix club, especially because by far the most popular color for these cars was black.

skip to about half. these tail lights have been working flawlessly and they are unbranded. most companies are just throwing them in their own box anyways
