2014 Sierra played movies but 2018 will not

Not a huge deal but I have a USB with a folder for videos and one for audio only music. My 2014 Denali 1500 played the music videos that the kids watched (not while moving), but the 2018 Denali 2500 does not even show any available???  I literally just took the USB with the videos and moved it from the 14 to the 18.  The 18 still plays the audio-only songs but none of the videos even show up. Any ideas?

Form what I’ve read - GM removed this ability. I think they removed it on 2017+? I have a 2016 and can play them.
