I'm going to wait on the trial for this one. Kobe's dream team was announced this week, so I'm not surprised that the lady is getting slammed in the media. However, I do remember reading something about other people in the hotel hearing a fight or something coming out of his hotel room.

However, if I was a betting man I'd say he'll be found not guilty. I doubt she'll be able to afford a legal team that can counter his.

Looks like I am the only one that thinks he is guilty so far.

I've been watching the news and they are taking it way above what it should be. One reporter (from the Fox network, of course) said that Kobe maliciously raped this poor innocent girl while the little stripe below him said "charge with sexual assault". I think there is a difference but I also think he is still guilty. Maybe not rape, but definitely assault.

Here's the problem. How many Hotels have you been to where a woman employee is allowed to go into a mans room without a man assistant nearby? I believe she went to his room with the hopes of something happening, and apparently it went futher than she wanted. If she had common sense, she would not have went there alone, unless she wanted something.

Still doesn't change the fact that Kobe is a dumb-ass.

I think someone else summed it up pretty good, 'it takes two to tango'. I don't think she went to his room to bring him some towels and he grabbed her slammed the door and you know what.

But again, 'the world may never know'.
