IO6 Nav module

Anyone knows what the fair price for an IO6 Navigation module to be installed on an 18 silverado should be ?  See them in the internet from 399.00 and up.  Also saw a video on UTube in how to trick the screen system on your Silverado to play movies while in motion via a thumb drive with the movie recorded in it plugged in the console USB ports.  It will not work on the outer ports by the 110 V outlets.  Interesting, dealer won't tell you because of the liability involved but my sales guy did confirm it is possible to do it.
