1993 K 1500 engine swap 350 Vin K for a 454

I am doing an engine sway in my 1993 extended cab 1500 truck. I have a donor 1988  3500 with a 454 in it I am using for the donor truck. I want to use the 4l60E and everything I have in the 1993 instead of the turbo hydro 400 3 speed trans in the 88 because I don't want to lose the economy of the 4th gear  overdrive.  My question is, can I get away with the 350 vin K pcm. I would think the pcm would register lean due to the 454 higher fuel demand and up pulse width to the injectors. I do know the 454 uses larger injectors which will make up some of this. Ideas? I have heard suggestions of a higher volume fuel pump which makes sense. I am almost certain the bell housing bolt pattern is the same and I will have the frame mounts from the 88 truck for engine mounting.n I thought of a hyper chip but would that help ?

You're gonna burn up that 4L60e very fast. I recommend against it entirely.  Find a 4L80e and use that instead.  The 454 will use different engine mounts because its a big block compared to the small block 350.  As far as the PCM i would think you're going to need one for a 454.  It either wont run at all or will run like poop.  The bolt patter for the bell housing will be the same but the torque converter for the 4L60e will probably not fit.  So you will need a different flexplate.
