22'' GMC Sierra Rims and 18'' Stock Silverado Rims; would the centre caps be interchangeable? Basically I'd like to purchase these rims/tires and replace the centre caps with my Chev ones.

Negative, they are about a 3 hour drive away and the dudes asking $800. I'd be down if I knew I could do it. lol

Right? It doesn't look like he has any modifications done to his truck but the tires are 285/45/22. Shouldn't be an issue on stock?

285/45/22 is the stock tire size, shouldn't have no issues.
