replacing brake lines, tilt cab for clearance?

1999 Sierra 1500 ext 2WD, front brake line rusted through.  I have a replacement set of SS lines.  Aside from the routine joy of replacing parts that were installed early in the assembly process, it looks like the biggest pain point will be where they leave the engine compartment and are close clearance to the cab/firewall.  Is it possible to just remove the three cab bolts on the left side a tilt the cab to gain clearance?  Any other tips from those that have done this job?

I replaced all the brake lines on an 03 'Burban. Did not unbolt body. Quick tip: Save yourself a LOT of time. Just disconnect and leave the old lines in place, don't remove them. When you install the new lines, run them any where you want, they don't have to be in the same location as the originals. Just make sure you are smart about there you put them, and insulate rub areas by putting rubber vacuum hose around the rub points, and zip tie them in place to avoid movement. This will work just fine and save you at least 50% of the total time.

Interesting tip.  I was going to cut them to get them out but this is an interesting alternative.
