Any idea if 285/65R18 with 18x10 will rub on a 2018 1500? Is that an OK size for a 4.5" lift or too small?

Two part question.. most of it is in the title.  I'm in a bit of a pickle with the sizes I can do.  If I could pull off 4.5" and 35's, I'd go that route but it's too big for my house.

I'm limited by garage height and working under very tight tolerances.  I have a whopping 5.5" clearance entering my garage at stock height.  I'd like to do a 4.5" lift but that only leaves me about an inch to work with on the tires.  Stock tires are 31.6" diameter, 285/65R18 puts me at 32.6", so I'm EXACTLY at the right height ... but

a) Not sure if 285s might be too wide for the wheel wells

b) Not sure if that size tire is too small for a 4.5" lift.. I don't want a "never skip leg day" truck.

Anyone have a similar setup?  Thoughts?

It may sound like I'm cutting it too close but I have a backup plan that gives me an extra inch if the sizes don't quite work out.   And I'm also betting on a little vertical compression on the tires from the weight of the truck to afford me an extra quarter inch clearance or so before I have to go with the backup plan.  If it wasn't for that stupid shark fin antenna we wouldn't be having this conversation :|

EDIT:  Three part question I guess.  I'm very limited on wheels at the 18x10 size but I was looking at the XD822 Monster 2's ..but they have a -24mm offset.  I understand the offsets to a point but this part tends to throw me off a bit.. according to wheel-size.com, my factory offset is +24.  Is that going to be an issue with maximum spacer size?  If it matters, I would actually like the wheels to protrude outward about an inch or so.. not sure quite how that works when the offsets come into play.   See attached image
