Radio Theft Locked

I recently replaced my radio HMI with one with the rear camera software but now my radio displays "theft locked".  How can I obtain the code for the radio if there is any?

I would imagine a dealer can get the code using your VIN. At least that's how it worked on my 25 year old Volvo. YMMV.

There are no "codes". HMI will have to be programmed. Your radio and your "new' HMI have different vin's. Problem is that if your truck did not come with a back up camera, the programming will not add it. It's not up to the dealer. They can only download the program GM gives them.
