USB ports all dead with key off any fixes???

2018 Canyon,  all usb ports and lighter is off when the key is off,  Does anyone have some way to make at least one of the ports work?

There is likely no "fix". Because nothing is broken.

 

You can install a separate 12v outlet directly to the battery if you want. But the factory plugs are all likely linked to the BCM.

Find fuse F44DA and move it to F40DA. This will change to 12 volt outlets to be power all the time.
