Grounding issue, cigarette light sockets

2008 Silverado 1500. Both cigarette outlets give feedback into stereo system when I charge my phone.

So, I tried different phones, different chargers, and different cords. No matter what I use, I get a slight to awful grounding noise within the speakers when charging.

Standard OEM stereo, CD player and aux line out..

Is there a ground for the charger that could cause this?

I believe that you need to use a gizmo to fix that. Something similar to this:

That just attempts to mask problem. I am curious if its a known problem and someone has fixed it.

Plus, I have ine of those, similiar, and its just a fancy filter
