Need Part Numbers for AC Pressure Switches Please Help!

I have a 2001 Yukon XL with rear air that I am trying to get the air going again.  I had a leaky Schrader valve on the low side.  I replaced that and the system held a charge over the winter.  The compressor seems to continue to cycle all through the winter even with the AC off.  Now that the weather is warmer, I try to get the AC working and it does not blow anything cold.  The compressor will cycle on for a second then off for a minute them back on for a second then off.  I am going to take it all apart this weekend and flush it, replace the accumulator and orifice, and empty clean and refill the compressor.  I am going to replace the rear air expansion valve as well.  I would like to replace the three pressure switches as well.  I am struggling finding the part numbers for what switches I need!  It appears there are three switches on the system.  A high pressure on the compressor, a high pressure on a AC line, and low pressure on the accumulator.  They seem cheap enough for switches so I figured I should replace them while I’m in there.  I would like the Four Season part numbers for the switches so I can have them on hand.  I can try to cross reference the Delco part numbers if someone has them as well.
