Coil springs

I've installed 3500 leaf springs in my 1500 with no issue but can anyone tell me if the front coil springs off a 3500 will install on my 1500 without issue? Thanks a million

I don't know for sure if the coils will interchange, but sometimes GM would use air bags in the front coil springs on 3/4 and 1tons. The Schrader valves would be located under the front bumper. Have you considered that as a possible remedy to beef up the front suspension? Some I've seen used 2 Schrader valves so you could level it if your load was uneven, put more air in the right side for instance, if it was heavy on the right, etc. You could customize it by installing a shock compressor if you wanted to go that way. Anyway just thinking out loud, good luck with your project.
