Horn not working when using FOB to lock doors RESOLVED

Vehicle is a 2007 (Classic) GMC Sierra 2500 Duramax LBZ Crew Cab Longbed. When I activate my factory door lock (from either factory remote) the horn no longer goes off after pressing the lock twice. Doors lock, but no horn notification. Horn works fine otherwise. Your thoughts?

On my '03, the horn lock settings are in the steering wheel controls. You can turn it on or off.

Has not worked for about 2 years. I checked settings then and it was set for horn ON and it didn't work.

Tried 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years and still not working (even though properly set)

Checked again just now, and it was horn OFF so I changed it to on and it works.

Not sure why it didn't work before when it was set properly, but thanks!!!!

No problem man, glad to help. My rig has 2 profiles. Driver 1 and driver 2. Yours may have the same options, resulting in programming issues. In order to get mine to work properly, I had to program both drivers to be the same. Ignition keys and definitely the fobs seem to select profile.
