Need Help with Tone Settings

I'm trying to set up my favorites on my 2019 Traverse and I would like to have some customized or premade tones to access.  Here's a photo of what I'm referring to:

 

 

I have a friend that has a 2018 Traverse and these premade tone settings are available on his vehicle.  Mine is a brand new 2019 Premier Edition and all I have are Talk and Custom - nothing else is there... it's all blank except for those two.  How do I get all of these other premade ones added on?  Also, how does the Custom feature work?
