Truck still seems to sit low after leveling kit?

Hey guys, I just wanted to know if any of you guys have had a similar experience or is it just my truck?

I have a 2015 Sierra CC 2wd that I recently got a 2.5 inch leveling kit installed. I noticed after it was installed that it didn't seem like it gained much height so I took some fender measurements to be sure and my front measures 38 inches from the ground the the middle of the fender. It looks more level now, but it still seems lower than other 2014-2018 trucks I've seen.

I had a chance to pull up along side a 4wd stock looking Silverado, and it was still higher than mine even after the level. Do 2wd trucks sit that much lower than 4wd?

Anybody with a 2wd truck notice the same after a level?

What size tires do you have?

They're the stock 275/55/R20. I got the truck a couple months ago and the tires do look a little worn, I''m pretty sure they're the original ones.

Did they install the rear blocks also?

I measured the rear and it's 38.5 inches from ground to fender, so just a tiny bit of rake which is fine.

It just feels like my truck is lower than others I've seen. Maybe the suspension is wearing out? It looked like the previous owner used the bed a lot.

My rear with a 1” taller block sits at 40”
