Alignment Steering question after Bilstein install

I had my Bilsteins installed at the local alignment shop. I had them installed on the highest position. It drove like crap when I got it back. I was planning to take it back to him but I had my Goodyears ordered and they were coming in a week so I waited and had Goodyear Tire place check the alignment. Sure enough it was out of spec. I assume he never aligned it after the install. I went ahead and had them align it.

To my question:

After the aligned it the truck drives much better. However, it doesn't drive as good as it did when it was still factory. Is this just the way it is going to be?

I feel like I am always having to hold pressure on the steering wheel. It's like it doesn't have a neutral place in the steering. Sometimes it feels like it is pulling and sometimes not.

I have included my alignment print out.

Go to the dealership I had mine aligned at Firestone shop and it would pull to the right they tried saying it's the camber so I took it to the dealer more expensive but got it aligned correct and drives smooth and straight

I took mine to dealer. Was $100 for alignment. Drives like it did with stock shocks but more firm and controlled ride with 5100. The dealer also relearned steering sensor. Not sure what that does maybe resets center or dead Zone?

only thing you are changing with 5100 is the toe. Mine was way out and I put my 5100 on 3rd ring from bottom (1 down from top). My toe was .24 - .26 before and .05 .06 after which was in spec.
