RC 2.5" Level, sans rear blocks, thoughts?

I did a search and I can't seem to find much info on this. I have the RC 2.5" leveling kit I am going to have installed next week on a 2016 Silverado. I was thinking about not using their rear blocks, I see that some members have done this. What are the cons of running the kit this way? Anyone have pictures of their trucks running this setup without the rear blocks, preferably with 33" tires?
