Helper Air Bags on 2015 Sierra 1500 Denali

I just (literally just got in from the garage) installed a set of airlift helper springs i think they are called ride control.I went with their lowest priced ones (2k) as i didn’t need a 5k load capacity (really no point, payload is only 2k llol).

I just did a short test drive at 7 psi and you cannot tell they are there. Install was easy. Hardest part was holding the ABS line bolt in through the frame. Messy install, whatever that wax anti rust stuff on the frame is terrible lol.

Depends on how much you’re towing or hauling. I tow about 6500lb and another 3-400 lbs in the bed. Fully loaded up my truck sits nearly level with my 1” front lift.

If you aren’t hauling a whole lot, no need for something like this. What are you towing?

Typically, a bass boat, BBQ smoker, single axle box trailer. Nothing that has that much weight to it.

Probably won’t even notice much of a sag. These are the most simplified and the comfiest. You could look into a sumo spring. “Airless” airbags.
