2500HD Radio Cutting Out

Any ideas why my radio would cut out on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD when I hit a big bump? It reboots the computer/radio (screen blacks out and I lose my audio and then My Link shows on the screen) and the reconnects to my phone to exactly how it left off but when it does it, the date and time is reset. Any ideas?

Check the connectors on the HMI found behind the glove box.

 

You might look at the connectors on the radio module behind the display screen too.
