Brake issue

I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500  I can't get any fluid out of the front brakes do you I have air in the lines since it sat for 3 months after my brake line blew out I'm getting plenty of brake fluid out of the back bleeders help please

I would close the rear bleeders, remove the front bleeders, fill the reservoir, and then go have a cup of coffee. Come back after a while and see if the fluid reservoir level dropped at all. If not, I would try using a bleeder kit like this:
