2008 Silverado LT 5.3 lifter pushrod problem

Hey I have a 2008 Silverado LT 5.3 and I have a question about the height in which the pushrod sits, ok so problem was I had a collapsed lifter on the #6 lifter, passenger side, I know many would say just do a AFM delete, I'm not doing that at this point in time, so I go to put everything back together checked to verify lifter #6 rocker arm and the problem has been solved, but upon completing the other rocker arms and pushrods I notice on the #1 rocker arm that it seated slightly higher than the other ones are, so I pull it off and see that the pushrod is just a speck higher than all the others, I never removed the lifter from #1 so it wasn't a wrong Install on my part but I'm curious if it's ok or if it's going to cause a problem, I've put a lot of time into repairing my truck and I know I maybe overreacting but I want to be sure any advice is fully appreciated thanks.
