Average cost of cam bearings on 2009 GMC 5.3

We had a 2009 gmc with a 5.3 and we did the afm delete so we installed a new cam and now it only runs around 15-20psi oil pressure so we think it spun the cam bearing because the number 8 lifyer had a flat spot in it so how much would it cost for a shop to just change the cam bearings if we pulled the engi e out of it. Thanks for the help
