Upper control arm alignment bolts turning

I replaced the control arms a few months ago, but the alignment keeps going out.

Apparently the alignment bolts (flag bolts?) are turning even though they were torqued.

the factory bolt had a very big head on it, whereas the new bolts had both flags separate from the bolt.

Im pretty sure the bolt is the issue.

 

does anyone have the part number for the factory bolt with the large head?
