Max tire size?

Hello folks. First time poster, and new to the GMC trucks. I have a 2018 GMC 3500 Denali with dual wheels. I am looking for a very specific tire but I have found no information on it anywhere to include this site. I want the biggest tires I can stuff under the truck in the form of a nitto trail grappler. I do not want rubbing obviously, and I don't want to level unless I have to, to fit the tire. Not wanting to just swap out wheels either. Thanks in advance for any help.

285/75/17 is probably the biggest tire that you can run on a stock truck. You'll need 1.5" spacers between the rear wheels. Also, discount tire won't mount them on stock wheels, you'll have to go to an independent tire shop.

On a related note 265/70/17s are the widest stock height tire you can run without spacers.
