What Size tire/ Offset with Kryptonite UCA's , Leveling kit?

I have a 2017 Silverado 2500HD, 2WD and went with Suspension Maxx Leveling keys , Kryptonite UCA's , shock extenders.

I'm still researching shocks, as I do no off roading, all city/highway driving, and  read the Bilstein / Fox 2.0 stiffen the rides. I don't want any more stiffer then where I'm at now.

I'm thinking of Monroe Reflex , or Rancho 9000XL just because their adjustable, but leaning more towards the Monroe Reflex with shock extenders.

 

 For some reason,  Kryptonite says max 33" tire and more narrow then Cognito UCA's ?

 

I was thinking 305/55R20 Ridge Grapplers, Or 285/60R20 Ridge Grapplers on -18 , -12,  0 Offset Rim 20" . MY OEM rims are 20" and I like the more rim look vs tire look

If I have to go positive then I will, but I wanted alittle more lip on the rim

 

Can I bump upto a 34" or 34.5" tall tire?

 

I'm  not afraid of cutting the lower valance if needed, or doing the Nor Cal Fender mod
