2001 GMC Sierra 4x4 6.6 Duramax

I have a 2001 GMC 4x4 Duramax 

my 4wd service light came on and 4x4 does not works. No lights on my selector switch lights. I scanned the code and it was C0323 and c0327. I tested the wiring for continuity between tccm and encoder motor and all wires seemed to be good.  Checked ground g110. Then replaced the switch, tccm, and encoder motor. Still same codes. No lights on my selector switch still. Can’t figure what  to do next
