2014 Loud tick and whining noise

Hi, I'm new to this site and I just purchased 2014 Sierra, during test drive it was fairly quiet but after couple days I started hearing ticking and whining noise. I will try and attach a video. But are both of these noises normal?

First I would check the vacuum pump. But need more Info engine trans and mileage.

It's got the 5.3 eco tech and 6 speed transmission. It's a z71 with 22k

What's your oil life at?

If the oil is due, it's a little louder on the standard Ecotec tick. Not by much, but my ear picks it up as the OLM gets closer to 0.

How's your AC working?

Mileage is pretty low for anything to have failed yet.

Listened to your video. Ecotec tick sounds normal, I do hear the whine though.

Can you take off your main drive belt and the AC belt and turn your accessory pulleys by hand? Try grabbing them and pulling up/down/left/right/diagonal and see if there's any play. Try the idler pulleys as well

I'm not there in person but it sounds like something rotational isn't spinning quite right.

Oil is at 60% and the a/c works. I tried that thinking maybe I could hear a change. But the whining stayed the same. Took it to a chevy shop they said it was the vacuum pump but they didn't seem concerned since I wasn't having brake issues yet.
