I have a 2014 Sierra SLE,  when it is cold and intermittently in the summer my high beams will not come on. The indicator on the dash says they are on. I was hoping to get some advice here, my dealership in this small town is not very helpful, maybe even knowledgeable. They aren't very bright either. I can replace the headlights if necessary.
