Detaching Headliner Material & RR Cab Area / Window Noise

Hello all. Got a few issues I would greatly appreciate input on for repairs.  Both on my 2006 Silverado extended cab 1500 rig.  Anyone having issues with either if the below and got them repaired correctly please let me know. Ay age and medical conditions prevent me from trying to work too much on my rigs any longer. So body shop, upholstery shop, glass shop or where to take to get these fixed.

 

1.  Headliner is peeling on the edges and coming off.  Upholstery guy says he can pull old headliner out and place new material on it and try to pull the backing board up but no guarantees it will help. I guess it has warped some and came down.

 

2.  Wind noise RR of cab. I think the window. Already tried the EBAY link thing and no work. Actually made the wind noise worse after putting back my original link.  So with this said suggestions? Wife said she saw a stain in the rear of the cab. I have not noticed water inside or mold smell. She a clan freak so many from when the washington state rains come caused it don't know.
