fuel problem

I have a 1996 chevy pick up 4.3. new fuel pump, new relay, new filter. the truck will start and idle but it is rough. when i rev the engine it is also rough then dies after a minuet or two,

I can hear a sucking sound on top of the fuel tank at the sending unit. i the this is my problem.  All the metal lines seem to be good coming from the unit and not rusted. would the seal leaking cause this or is it something else

Why did you replace the fuel pump?

What was the original issue?

Have you checked fuel pressures?
