2011 GMC Sierra 1500 windshield wipers

So I try to use my wipers and sometimes it will go through a cycle and sometimes it stops mid cycle. The wipers do work at times but it's all the same speed.......slow. I dont k how if it's the motor or if it's something else I need help!!!!!! If it helps i can see my lights flicker to a dim everytime I try to use them.

Sounds like and electronic issue. It sounds like the battery is not supplying enough power or the motor is pulling and excessive amp draw.
