Noise coming from right front suspension

I have a 17 Silverado 1500 with 16,900 miles. My truck creeks like a old door when I turn the wheel. Very loud coming from the passenger front tire suspension area. Anyone have a clue what it could be? Thank you

I'd suspect the lower ball joint. Jack it up and turn the wheel to see if it does it unloaded, then put the jack stand under the control arm to load it and check for play.

Ok thanks. Have these been known to go bad with such little mileage on them? I have no lift or aftermarket tires.

I currently have “marginal” front lower ball joints on a 14 Silverado with 42500 miles. Seems early to me but we have some brutal roads here.

I've took it to the dealer twice now. They can hear it but cant pin point the noise. The last time around they sprayed wd40 on the bushings, said it was fixed. I go out to the truck, turn the wheel and the noise is still there! The advisor told me he is lost for words and recomend me to go to the chevy dealer up the road. (This was a GMC dealer) I've got another appointment this Tuesday. Very frustrating. I'll add a video down below of the noise

Sounds like a ball joint to me. Jack the car up and turn the wheel to see if it stops.
