2017 HD air deflector replacement on LTZ

Hey guys! New to the site. I have a 2017 3500HD LTZ DRW 4x4. My air deflector had an unfortunate meeting with a protein lick (think 250 lbs of hard molasses candy poured into a knee high plastic bucket) at the farm, crushed my air deflector & bent the bracket behind. I have the new deflector and bracket, but I have to remove the front filler plate with the park sensors to get to the bolts holding the air deflector and can't find anything on getting it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to drop the whole bumper if I don't have to.

Not sure if either of these will help much...Maybe a good start though
