Brings back a few memories....

 

Way back when, many ages ago, when I first joined the Marine Corps, I had a boss (Gunnery Sergeant) who used to to tell some of us very young (and usually dumb! ) new guys that "if you were working on a fishing boat you would be lower than an Apprentice Baiter. Square yourself away and someday you will make it to Master." A few guys never figured it out until it was explained to them...
