2014 1500 seirra oil temp

Im wondering if anyone else has experianced  higher than normal oil tempature/engine load. When toying a 700pd single axle flat deck empty, my engine oil temp jumped from 85°c to 115-130°c I have never seen my temperature get that high before, also I notice with out a trailer my engine load is 65pct 1750rpm witch seems extremely high thought it should be around 20-30pct max on the highway not pulling his, in town I'm 50pct load and idle I'm at 20pct this is all while the engine. I'm just wondering maybe I'm being Paranoid or engine is going, also it should be noted maybe a year ago my intake hose from the airbox to throttle body rotted out.
