Well, my family and I were very blessed. We only got one or two power flickers and that was it. We didn't lose power and the winds reached 70mph where I live. My truck was outside th whole time on the street between our townhouse rows and all I got was a lot of debris on it...thank you Lord!! I hope all is well with everyone else and everyone one stayed safe!! I work in Annapolis and things around there are pretty bad near the harbour...boats that were 5 - 6 ft off the ground are now sitting on top of the water

Lost a couple of trees next to the house (if they had hit the house, I would be homeless). A few neighbors did have trees come down on thier houses, but were fortunate that the damage was minor.

Power flickered a couple of times, but no loss. Some neighbors lost power for 36 hrs or more. My boss's neighborhood is still without power as of 10 am this morning.

One co-worker had seawater come within 2 inches of the front door, but was spared from flooding. Her yard though is a mess with lots of debris. One of her neighbors had a couple of feet of water inside.

It could have been a HE!! of a lot worse.

Lost power for a few days... got it back saturday.

Lost 1 tree in the back yard, and 40% of my neighborhood trees are gone.

Local schools are closed until Thursday.

Has anyone seen pics or news footage from the Outer Banks? Hatteras island has been cut in-two, and highway 12 is gone!
