Help with trouble codes

I have a 2011 Sierra with a 4.8L. The CEL came on this am showing P0056, P0161 and P0060. 

 

They are seem to go back to the HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2) and heater circuit malfunction.

I am going to get under and check the wires and such first. 

 

Any advise or other things I should be looking for?

If the wiring and connectors look good you can swap sensors side to side and see if the code moves to eliminate the sensor.  If not, it is usually the ECM then.

Not complicated but can be expensive as it needs dealer level programming.
