XM Radio - Delphi Skyfi + car kit + FM modulator

I am looking to add XM Radio to my truck. I went by Best Buy today and found out I need the reciever, the car kit and an FM modulator. I looked at the Delphi unit and liked it the best. They wanted about $250.00 for all 3 components. I would like to buy these items new.

 

I found an auction on Ebay for all items, new, for $194.99 starting bid or buy it now for$209.00.

Can anybody find this setup any cheaper anywhere else new?

The best price I've been able to find so far for all 3 components is $209.00 before S/H. This might be as good as it gets!
