head light adjustment?

I have a stupid question, I've looked briefly in the manual but couldn't find anything about how to adjust the headlights. Mine are pointing to high and I'm starting to get lots of dirty looks and finger guestures if you know what I mean. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks..

There are a couple of torx head bolts that you have to turn. They are right by the headlights.

 

I can't really describe their location to you, but you get at them from the top (open the hood first, of course ), and an extension might be required to reach them.
